1. Premium Material & Manufacturing
– Crafted from high-quality alloy steel using a combination of die forging and free forging. All forgings undergo heat treatment to ensure exceptional impact resistance, load capacity, toughness, and elongation, significantly enhancing safety and service life.
2. Versatile Surface Finishes
– Surface treatments include immersion painting, spray painting, electroplating, or hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion resistance and durability.
3. Safety Assurance
– Rigorous testing: Test loads are 2.5x the working load limit (WLL) for most models (2x for 55t–300t, 1.5x for 400t, and 1.33x for 500t–1500t). Minimum breaking load (safety factor) is 4x or 6x the WLL.
4. Customizable Tonnage
– Bow shackles can be custom-designed and manufactured to meet specific requirements, with a maximum tonnage range of 100T–1000T.

– Industrial Lifting: Cranes, rigging systems, and heavy machinery.
– Marine & Offshore: Anchoring, towing, and load-securing in corrosive environments.
– Construction: Structural reinforcement and load management.
– Custom Engineering: Specialized projects requiring ultra-high strength shackles.

American Standard Bow Shackles are widely used in offshore oil rigs due to their unmatched load capacity and corrosion-resistant coatings, ensuring reliability in saltwater conditions.
